· They want to see what you can offer them too! Do you have the best benefits and are their competitive to the market? You may think employees come into work for their own development, however they are also there for their pay and benefits. Do you have a great working environment, it is close to their home and a decent commute? Your candidates want to ensure you offer them a fair deal.
· Candidates are looking for a long term relationship, what do you have planned for them? Do you have their career development in mind and what does their future look like for them in your company? You will always have different types of employees, however your candidates want to know their future prospects. They also want to know that the business will be around for a while and understand what their future growth plans are. Your candidates want stability and a future too.
